Born from Industry Experience

Survey This was founded by two professionals: one with decades of experience in Mexico’s manufacturing sector, and another with nearly a decade leading survey research in Ciudad Juárez. After working with over 50 companies, they saw a clear pattern: international managers struggled to justify decisions without reliable local data. In Mexico, few public workforce databases exist, creating a major gap in labor market visibility. HR and operations teams were often left guessing about labor trends, policy shifts, and wages.

Our founders knew it wasn’t right to run factories on hunches—and how valuable short, focused insights could be. So in 2025, they launched Survey This to fill that gap.
